The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. For the area, the rates are decent, and I felt that Best Western was a good find for me and my family members who were with me. Breakfast was more than I expected, and I felt that it was laid out well for easy use. Although we did not have a lot of time to spend there, the pool was a nice refresher for us. Thanks.

Clean, basic updates, very helpful and friendly staff. The room has a frig and microwave. Good breakfast included biscuits and gravy, eggs, turkey sausage, make-your-own waffles, and other standard items. The best was the drink machine; you could make cappuccino, flat white, lattes, etc. Great location—Trader Joe's is nearby, a few blocks away. Had dinner at Nicks BBQ and Juicy Seafood across the street.

The hotel was centrally located near lots of restaurants and shopping strips. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes from this hotel to get food, shopping or entertainment. Urban air, top golf and stars and stripes are basically within walking distance.

The man that worked night shift and the woman who worked days while we were there, were super nice, explained everything throughly. Always spoke when they seen us and offered to help anyway they could. Super friendly. Hotel clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay. Great rate, not too far away from anything you want to do. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights just to have a small get away. We will be back.

Our van broke down on our way home from Florida to Ohio. We were stuck for 2 days while it was fixed. The staff Monica and Scott were so sweet and so helpful with our stay there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for such a bad situation.

I am glad I chose this hotel. The hotel staff were all friendly, smiling and accommodating. I requested a room in an upper floor fronting the parking area and they gave me just that. Also, I enjoyed eating breakfast as well and appreciate the coffee machine. I totally recommend this place!

The staff was very kind and courteous. The room was clean. When we were 5 minutes late for breakfast, the man cleaning up brought my pregnant wife and I 2 plates full of food when he didn't have to.
